Drafts auto-save every two seconds to the phone's local storage. Submitted tickets queue and auto-sync the moment signal returns. Photos, GPS, signatures — everything survives.
We use Claude Haiku with a domain-specific prompt that preserves technical terms, part numbers, measurements, and customer names verbatim. Quality is professional-grade — a customer can't tell the report was originally written in Spanish.
Only when you explicitly start a dispatch from the admin tab. The customer gets a public tracking link that expires when the tech marks the job complete. No app, no login, no permission creep.
We can import from GoCanvas, ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Jobber, ServiceMax, Salesforce Field Service, paper forms, or anything that exports to CSV/XLSX. The Growth plan includes one historical data migration. We've done 18,000+ tickets in a single import for our own operation. The migration is hands-on — we sit with you on a call, map your fields, and run it.
You do. Every submission, photo, customer, and PDF lives in a Postgres database (hosted on Supabase, the open-source database platform we build on) that you can export from at any time. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary format. On the Pro plan you get your own dedicated Supabase project — fully isolated infrastructure.
Your form fields, your PDF template (logo, colors, sections, footer), your parts catalog, your customer list pre-loaded, your job types, your terminology. Anything beyond that — custom integrations, multi-language extensions, new AI tools — gets scoped after the first deploy.
Direct sync is on the Pro tier. Today every plan exports multi-sheet XLSX files clean enough for your bookkeeper or CPA to import directly. We use the same exports for our own books.
For Starter and Growth plans, your crew is filing real tickets by day 3 at the latest. Most are filing by lunch on day 2. The PWA install is two taps; no training session required.
