ReliableTrack is a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime. You own your data and can export it. We deliver your custom build within 48 hours. We're not liable for things outside our control. Disputes are governed by Texas law.
By creating an account, subscribing, or using ReliableTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
ReliableTrack is a Progressive Web App and back-end platform for field-service operations. We deliver a working build customized to your business within 48 hours of subscription. The service is operated by Reliable Oilfield Services LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate sign-up information and to update it when it changes. We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. If a payment fails, we may suspend service until the issue is resolved. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to the account owner's email.
You can cancel any time by emailing brian@reliableoilfieldservices.net. After cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, but we do not charge cancellation fees or impose contracts. You may export your data at any time before or after cancellation.
You agree not to:
You own the work orders, photos, signatures, customer information, and all other content you and your team enter into ReliableTrack ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and back up Customer Data solely for the purpose of operating the service. We will not use Customer Data for advertising or sell it to third parties. We handle Customer Data per our Privacy Policy.
The ReliableTrack platform, including software, designs, content, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Reliable Oilfield Services LLC. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service while your subscription is active. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of our intellectual property to you.
We aim for high uptime and ship fixes the same day when we break things. ReliableTrack is built offline-first, so your crew can keep working through outages on our side and sync when service returns. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA except for Pro-plan customers, where it is included in writing.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your account is delinquent, or if continued service would expose us to significant legal or operational risk. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and an opportunity to cure first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Midland County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The parties waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order forms or addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
